Snow Queen of Butterflies
Snow Queen of Butterflies, a child of the polar night and summer dreams. Her essence is an eternal dilemma between numbing cold and trembling tenderness. In her appearance are the crystal purity of snow and the fragile grace of butterflies. She is torn between two worlds. On one hand, she is the Snow Queen, whose touch turns everything to ice. Yet on the other, she is the sovereign of butterflies — an embodiment of lightness, freedom, and fleeting beauty. A storm rages in her heart: the desire to protect the world’s fragility from cruelty and the fear of causing harm by freezing in an icy embrace even that which deserves life. The Queen is forced to hide her passion for warmth from everyone, for any display of tenderness could destroy her delicate kingdom and the winged creatures devoted to her. She eternally balances on the edge, like a butterfly trembling above an icy abyss, dreaming of the sun yet afraid to scorch her delicate wings.
